These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://nevadalegalreport.com/ (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Surf Sigma Inc. (“Nevada Legal Report,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Purpose of the Site

Nevada Legal Report is an independent editorial website that publishes reporting and commentary about accidents occurring in Nevada and general legal context relating to those events.

The Site may rely on public records, news reports, government materials, court filings, and other sources. We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that Site content is complete, current, error-free, or applicable to your circumstances.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational and editorial purposes only. It is not legal advice, and it should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.

No confidential submissions

Editorial independence

The Site is independently operated by Surf Sigma Inc. Editorial views, analysis, and commentary are our own unless otherwise identified.

We may review requests at our discretion, but are not obligated to alter or remove content except where required by law.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content—including text, design, compilation, graphics, logos, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Surf Sigma Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SURF SIGMA INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SURF SIGMA INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF SURF SIGMA INC. FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED CAD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Surf Sigma Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses—including reasonable legal fees—arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You and Surf Sigma Inc. irrevocably attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site. An exclusive jurisdiction clause selects one jurisdiction’s courts rather than merely permitting that jurisdiction as an option.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The “Last updated” date will identify the latest revision. By continuing to use the Site after the revised Terms are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
